Not at all. Our events are designed to be approachable for all levels. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and take what you need.
Yes — most people do. Aura events are intentionally designed to feel welcoming and easy to step into, whether you come solo or with a friend.
Events at Aura are more immersive and intentional — often themed, extended, or layered with experiences like sound healing, journaling, or community moments.
UrbanNomadYoga is our outdoor experiences brand, while Aura Yoga + Pilates is our studio on the Upper West Side.
Both are created and led by the same team — just different settings for the experience.
Just yourself. We provide everything you need unless otherwise noted (like special outdoor events).
Doors open 10 minutes before the event. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in — events begin right on time.
Usually 24 hours, but please check the specific event. If something comes up, reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.
