— aura studio
Here’s why Pilates has become the go-to workout for women in New York City who are short on time, but high on standards:
Pilates has become a beloved ritual for busy NYC women who seek results without sacrificing well-being. Known for its low-impact yet transformative effects, Pilates sculpts and strengthens the body without straining the joints or spiking cortisol — making it ideal for those recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply opting for a gentler approach.
With 45–60 minute sessions available in-studio or in-home, and group classes offered throughout the day, it’s designed to flow effortlessly into a demanding New York schedule. Beyond the physical, Pilates enhances posture, body awareness, and graceful movement — helping reverse the tension of daily life. Endorsed by physical therapists and doctors, it supports longevity, alignment, and recovery for every stage of life — from prenatal to post-injury.
At Aura, our Upper West Side studio offers a luxurious, customized experience through intimate group classes and one-on-one guidance. Whether your focus is strength, mobility, or a moment of stillness, we meet you with care, presence, and purpose.
